Which shops/portals can be monitored?
We cover a wide range of international price comparison sites and marketplaces. Among the most popular are: amazon, google shopping, idealo and ebay. A list of all available portals can be found here.
Other portals can be connected at your request.
Can I specify who I want to compare with?
Yes, you can choose which online retailers are included in the price optimization of your products and also which are not. The filters that can be set in the Pricemonitor make the selection very easy.
So how do I upload my items to the Pricemonitor?
The Pricemonitor can be easily connected to your shop management system / ERP system via plug-ins n this way, systems such as Shopware, Magento and PlentyMarkets are coupled with the Pricemonitor. In addition, you have a well-documented API interface and exchange via CSV feeds (HTTP/FTP) at your disposal.
How are the prices in my shop adjusted?
The Pricemonitor calculates price recommendations based on your strategy and filter settings. The connection to your online shop takes place via plug-ins, the API interface or via CSV feeds.
How often are the prices updated?
By default, prices are monitored and optimized once a day. You can select alternative frequencies via a dynamic monitoring function.
How Repricing works with the Pricemonitor
The Pricemonitor monitors the competitor prices that are relevant for you. The sales prices of your online shop are subsequently optimized. The price optimization is referred to as repricing. Repricing is a process that takes place in the Pricemonitor (shown here in simplified form):
Import of articles
The articles of your online shop are imported into the Pricemonitor via plug-in, API interface or via CSV feeds.
Offer monitoring
The Pricemonitor monitors all relevant competition offers on the different portals (amazon, ebay, idealo etc.) and assigns the prices to your articles.
Offer filter
Are certain offers (e.g. of a certain retailer) to be taken into account particularly or not at all? This is what the filters are for.
Price Strategy & Price Calculation
Individual price strategies may be adjusted. Based on these, the optimal sales prices for your shop are calculated.
Export of new prices
If desired, the newly calculated prices will be updated immediately in your online shop.
