Our support team

As part of our support, you will be assisted by Milena Shayan, Sven Mandl and Max Bäumer who would like to introduce themselves here:

Milena Shayan

Milena has been familiar with the Pricemonitor since 2016 and since then has been supporting our customers primarily in the areas of data transfer, filter settings and pricing strategies. Her special field is the consulting and setting of white- and blacklists. She will find a suitable solution for every customer.

Sven Mandl

Since March 2018, Sven has joined the support team and, thanks to his good comprehension, is able to quickly understand the various problems of our customers. Because he had to jump into the cold water quickly, he knows very well how to come up with price recommendations.

Max Bäumer

For special cases we have our Max. With his extensive Pricemonitor expertise and thirst for knowledge for the backend interface, he also finds a solution for the trickier requests of our customers. In addition, he is a connection specialist and is often on hand to help and advise our new customers.

The Patagona Help Center

In our Help Center you will be able to create support tickets for individual questions, which our support team will then process quickly. You can also use this to access our knowledge database, where we explain technical processes and provide advice on particular applications in the form of how-to articles.
